Unlimited telephone, text, and email support to address any questions or concerns
Beginning at 38 weeks I am available 24/7 to join to you when you are in labor

Continuous Labor Support
I join you when you are in active labor and request my support
Offer physical, emotional, and informational support
Help set up birth pool
Work as a team with your chosen Midwife
Postpartum Support
Support skin to skin and bonding
Initial assistance with breastfeeding after birth
Prepare a meal for the family and midwifery team
Postpartum Home Visit
Come to you after the birth to check on your transition as a family
Process the birth experience
Be available via phone, text, email for 4 weeks after birth for additional support, resources

Doula support for siblings in a home birth setting

Becoming acquainted with your entire family
Understand how the family anticipates the child or children may be involved
